Berry & Yoghurt

Packed with good gut bacteria from the yoghurt and fibre and protein from the fruit and flaxseed, this bowl is the perfect energy boost you need to start your morning. With a prep time of just 5 minutes, you can get this done last minute and grab it to go. All you need to make this bowl is Greek yoghurt, chopped berries, 2 tbsp granola, honey, and flaxseeds for topping. In a bowl or glass jar, layer the Greek yoghurt, berries, and granola. Finally, top it off with flaxseed and honey to enjoy a lip-smacking breakfast that will not add unwanted calories.

Nut Butter Banana Wrap

Bananas and nut butter together have been an all-time winning combination. You must have all had Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches filled with banana, or banana pancakes with a dollop of peanut butter. But this recipe is a lot easier to make and can be put together in under 5 minutes. The only things required are bananas, nut butter of your choice (almond, peanut, hazelnut), and a roti/tortilla.
