VEN PONGAL Ven Pongal is traditional delicacy from South Indian Cuisine. ADA PRADHAMAN (FLATTENED RICE/POHA PUDDING/KHEER) Ada Pradhaman is a traditional Keralan dessert made by rice ada (poha) , coconut milk and jaggery.
