Rang Barse Choco Melts

#Holi26 Soft chocolate mini idlis drizzled with rich chocolate sauce and topped with crunchy walnuts — a delightful festive treat for the colourful celebration of Holi.

Step 1

In a bowl mix wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.

Step 2

Add powdered jaggery, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix well to form a smooth batter.

Step 3

Grease small moulds or a idli pan. Pour batter halfway.

Step 4

Steam or cook on low flame in a covered pan for 12–15 minutes until soft and cooked.

Step 5

Remove and let them cool slightly.

Step 6

Chocolate Drizzle: Melt dark chocolate with milk until smooth.

Step 7

Pour the warm chocolate sauce over the cakes.

Step 8

Garnishing: Place walnut halves on top.

Step 9

Drizzle extra chocolate sauce for a rich finish.
