#Aloo Golden, crispy sabudana-crusted potato cutlets with a soft, flavorful center — light, crunchy and irresistibly comforting.

Prep Sabudana

Step 2

Wash sabudana 2–3 times, soak with just enough water to cover. After 4–5 hours, grains should be soft and separate (not sticky).

Make the Mixture

In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, soaked sabudana, peanut powder, green chilli, ginger, coriander, cumin powder, salt & lemon juice.

Step 5

Mix gently — don’t over mash.

Step 6

Shape Cutlets

Step 7

Grease hands, shape into small round or oval patties.

Step 8

Shallow Fry

Step 9

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.

Step 10

Cook cutlets until golden and crisp on both sides.

Step 11

Serve Hot

Step 12

Best served with green chutney or sweet curd.
