Step 1

Soak saffron in warm milk for 5 minutes.

Step 2

In a blender add papaya, milk, soaked anjeer, honey (if using), and cardamom.

Step 3

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 4

Add soaked saffron milk and blend lightly again.

Step 5

Pour into serving glass.

Step 6

Top with soaked chia/sabja seeds, nuts, and chopped date.

Step 7

Tips: For thicker texture, use less milk.

For vegan version, use almond milk or coconut milk.

If papaya is very sweet, skip any added sweetener.
