Step 1

In a bowl, add besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, carom seeds, and salt.

Step 2

Add chopped spinach, sliced onion, and green chilies.

Step 3

Gradually add water and mix well to make a thick batter.

Step 4

Heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame.

Step 5

Drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil using your fingers or a spoon.

Step 6

Fry the pakodas until they become golden brown and crispy.

Step 7

Remove and place on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
