Prepare the Stuffing Mix grated paneer, peas, green chilli, pepper, chaat masala, raisins, chopped coriander leaves Taste and adjust seasoning.

3. Make the Chilla Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladle of batter and spread in a round chilla shape. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges. Cook until the base is light golden. 4. Add Paneer Stuffing Spread 2–3 tbsp paneer mixture on one side of the chilla. Fold it or roll it like a wrap or cut like a pocket Cook from both sides until crisp and golden.
