Step 1

For Masala Puffs-: Mix all dry ingredients. Add ghee and rub well.

Step 2

Add water and knead semi-tight dough. Rest 15–20 mins.

Step 3

Make small thick discs and deep fry on medium flame till puffed & golden.

Step 4

Sprinkle little chaat masala while warm (optional)

Step 5

Til – gur coated Almonds: Dry roast almonds & til separately.

Step 6

Melt gud with water on low flame.

Step 7

Cook till 1-string consistency.

Step 8

Add ghee, then almonds & til.

Step 9

Mix quickly, spread and separate before cooling.
