#cnv26 Kheer/phirni/payasam is popular Indian sweet prepared from milk and rice as a key ingredients. Various flavoured kheers are prepared in Indian households by adding various ingredients apart from rice. Some of the kheers are prepared without rice, such as carrot kheer, bottle gourd kheer, paneer kheer etc. Today , I have prepared carrot kheer which is healthy because I used carrots which are rich in B carotene, antioxidants and dietary fibers. Carrot kheer is creamy and delicious dessert with many health benefits.
