Heat a pan on low flame and add 1 tsp ghee.

Add crumbled paneer and sauté lightly for 2–3 minutes.
Add desiccated coconut and mix well.
Add almond powder and sweetener (dates powder or stevia).
Cook on low flame for 5–6 minutes, stirring continuously until mixture thickens.
Add cardamom powder for flavour.
If mixture feels dry, add 1–2 tbsp milk for smooth binding.
Transfer mixture to a greased plate or tray and flatten evenly.
Sprinkle chopped almonds and coconut powder on top.
Let it set for 10–15 minutes, then cut into bite-size pieces.
This sweet is high in protein from paneer, good fats from coconut, and refined sugar-free, making it a perfect guilt-free festive dessert.
