Carrot wheat cake ( eggless)

#Carrot This eggless carrot cake is made from wheat flour, grated carrot, oil , sugar and basic cake ingredients. You can enjoy it as a tea time snack or as a dessert.

Step 1

preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180°c

Step 2

In a mixing bowl take yogurt and beat it with hand beater. Add powdered sugar and beat well. Add oil and beat well.

Step 3

Now put strainer over bowl. Add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder. Sieve them. Remove strainer and combine all ingredients well.

Step 4

Add grated carrot, raisins, walnuts, vanilla essence and milk. Combine all ingredients well with spatula. If needed add 1-2 teaspoon more milk.

Step 5

Grease cake mould with Ghee and dust flour. Pour prepared batter into and tap it.

Step 6

Bake for 30-35 minutes in preheated oven at 180°C. Check with toothpick or knife. If needed bake more for 4-5 minutes.

Step 7

Cool down completely at room temperature. Then unmould it and cut into pieces. Enjoy delicious carrot wheat cake.
