Step 1

Heat ghee in a heavy pan. Add grated carrots and sauté for 3–4 minutes till soft aroma comes.

Step 2

Add milk and cook on low-medium flame till carrots are tender and milk reduces.

Step 3

Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. Add cardamom, nuts, and flaxseeds powder, cinnamon powder. Mix well.

Step 4

Cook until halwa leaves the sides and moisture is gone. Switch off flame.
