For Jowar Roti ( Soft & perfect) 1.)Add salt to flour. Mix with hot water to form a soft dough.
2.)Take a ball, pat gently into a round roti using dry flour (or a rolling pin).
3.)Cook on hot tawa. Flip and press edges lightly.
4.)Cook till brown spots appear and it puffs slightly. ✅ Rich in fibre • Gluten-free • Diabetic-friendly
For Matar mushroom curry 1.)Heat oil in kadai add cumin seeds, bayleaf & moti elaichi. Add onion and sauté till golden.
2.)Add ginger-garlic paste, then chopped tomatoes. Add salt as per taste, Saute for 2 min till it become soft. Then strain it and put in the grinder and grind it to make curry paste of onion,ginger- garlic paste & tomatoes.
3.)Now put the curry in same kadai and add all spices and mix well. Cook till oil seperates.
4.) Add peas and mushrooms with water. Cook 8 – 10 mins.
5.)Finish with kasuri methi & cream then garnish with coriander and served with salad. ✅ Result: Mildly creamy, earthy, protein-rich curry
