In a large bowl, add the greated zucchin, Rajgira flour, green chillies, ginger paste, salt, cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, crushed peanut powder and mix it well and make a soft dough.
Take a plastic sheet or butter paper. Apply some water. Without water, the dough will stick to the sheet.
Make round balls of dough bigger than a big lemon, keep it on the sheet, dip fingers in water and pat dough with fingers to make a round shape (thalipeeth) of Paratha thickness. Using a finger, make a hole in the centre.
Pat the dough ball in round shape
Transfer paratha to a hot Griddle.
cook for 2 minutes.Flip the Paratha Cooked side should have small brown spots on the surface).
Add few drops of ghee and cook the other side.
Transfer paratha to a hot Griddle
Roast both sides
Serve hot with sweet curd or chutney
