Vegetable Aloo Dumplings

Step 1

First of all, in a bowl, mash potato, 3 tablespoons of chopped cabbage, 3 tablespoons of chopped carrot, 1 teaspoon of capsicum, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander, half teaspoon of pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, 2 teaspoons of rava, 2 teaspoons of breadcrumbs and salt to taste and mix well.

Step 2

Then take this mixture evenly and make oval shaped dumplings. Then dip it in menda slurry and rub it in bread crumbs and fry it on medium flame. Then serve with sauce.
