Step 1

Soak urad dal. wash mustard seed in a bowl add blue pea flower and boil .boil for 2 minutes on medium flame. Drain and keep aside

Like this boil Rose petals and Hibiscus petals. Drain and keep aside

Boil 1 litre water in a pan .Remove from heat. Add Hing, salt ,Red chilly powder, Jaggery And Mustard seeds paste mix well and divide it into 3 equal parts in 3 separate jar

Step 4

Now add blue pea water in first jar , Rose water in second jar and Hibiscus water in third jar.

Step 5

For the vada:- Blend the soaked dal and make a fine paste without using any water. Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai. Wet your hands and take 1/2 tsp of dal paste on your palm and shape this into a circle.

Step 6

Drop it in heat oil and deep fry on medium flame till it turns golden brown of all sides. Make all vada like this. Drain it in an absorbent paper.

Step 7

Place this vadas in the all 3 types of kanji water and allow them to soak for at least 2-3 day.After one day you can serve this. This is best source of digestion.
