Step 1

In a bowl add grated carrot, chopped onions and chopped coriander.

Step 2

Mix well and keep aside.

Step 3

Wash and slice the tomatoes little thick and arrange in a plate.

Step 4

Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on tomatoes.

Step 5

Keep the carrot onion mixture on each tomato slice.

Step 6

Sprinkle some chaat masala and jeera powder and little salt.

Step 7

Then add spicy green chutney and sweet chutney on each slice.

Step 8

Garnish with sev and masala peanuts..

Step 9

Your healthy and chatpata tomato chaat is ready to serve..
