Til Mava Laddu

This is very dilicious and testy laddu for Makar sankranti,,

Step 1

First, heat a pan and add the sesame seeds. Roast the sesame seeds, stirring continuously, until they turn lightly golden. Once roasted, transfer the sesame seeds to a bowl. After they have cooled slightly, lightly crush half of the sesame seeds with your hands, and briefly pulse the other half in a blender

Step 2

Now, add the mawa (reduced milk solids) to the same pan and roast it for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Once the mawa is roasted, transfer it to a bowl or plate and let it cool.

Step 3

Once the mawa (reduced milk solids) has cooled, add powdered sugar, sesame seeds, dry fruits, cardamom powder, and desiccated coconut and mix well. Once everything is mixed, shape the mixture into small or large Ladoo (sweet balls) of your desired size.

Step 4

Laddu is ready to serve.
