Step 1

Blend the dates with milk until you get a smooth paste.

Transfer the paste to a bowl and add oil. Mix well until combined.

Add singhada flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cardamom powder. Mix gently to form a smooth batter.

Line a cake mold with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.

Top with chopped nuts.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until done.
