Step 1

Boil milk and simmer until it reduces and thickens (rabri consistency).

Step 2

Add sugar + cardamom powder and cook 5 more minutes. Cool completely.

Step 3

In a glass, layer: Strawberry syrup, Sabja seeds, Falooda sev, Chopped strawberries, Thick rabri.

Step 4

Repeat layers and top with ice cream & dry fruits.

Step 5

Garnish with rose petals for festive look.

Step 6

Serve chilled
