Step 1

Mix boiled potatoes with methi, palak, spices, salt and gram flour to form a thick mixture. If its dry add splash of water to hold the tikki shape.

Step 2

Fry on medium heat until golden and crisp.

Step 3

In a serving plate spread curd, add imli chutney, mint chutney place the tikki

Step 4

Top with grated radish, mint chutney, sweet chutney, sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder.
