Sesame seeds are among the richest plant-based sources of calcium, zinc, and magnesium—minerals that are vital for strong bones and healthy joints. Combined with jaggery, which provides iron and energy, this simple ladoo becomes a powerhouse of nutrition. The natural oils in sesame seeds also support joint lubrication, reducing stiffness and improving flexibility.
Tilgul ladoos are especially popular during the winter months in India, when bone and joint care becomes even more important. These ladoos are not only delicious but also long-lasting, making them a handy, ready-to-eat snack for children, adults, and seniors. Unlike refined sweets, they are made with wholesome ingredients and contain no artificial additives.
Having just one ladoo a day can contribute to better calcium intake and joint health while also satisfying sweet cravings in a healthy way.
