#Aloo Semolina-coated grilled potatoes (often called Batata Rava Fry, Batata Kapa, or Aloo Tawa Fry) are a popular, crunchy Indian dish featuring thinly sliced or small potatoes, marinated in spices, coated with semolina (rava/sooji), and shallow-fried on a tawa (griddle) until golden and crispy. They are described as having a “veg fish” texture—extremely crunchy on the outside, yet soft and fluffy inside.
