Step 1

Wash sabudana and soak in water for 3–4 hours (or overnight).

Step 2

Heat water in a pan and cook soaked sabudana until they turn soft and transparent.

Step 3

Pour in milk and cook on low flame, stirring continuously.

Step 4

Add sugar, cardamom, and saffron. Mix well.

Step 5

Heat ghee in a small pan, fry cashews and raisins till golden.

Step 6

Add fried dry fruits to pudding and mix.

Step 7

Our yummy sabudana pudding is ready to serve.
