In a large bowl, add the soaked sago, boiled potatoes, salt, green chilies, and coriander leaves and mix well.

Heat the oil in a pan. Now take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a vada. Place the vada in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. The sago vada is ready.
