Step 1
Take bowl add maida, carom seeds,salt and oil and mix well add water and knead a little hard dough cover it with wet cloth leave it for 15 minutes

Now add oil in a pan add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, green chilli, ginger, and peas fry it for a minute add all spices, mango powder, and mashed boiled potatoes mix it well on medium heat add salt and coriander leaves mix it

Now take dough and knead a little take a small portion and roll it thin cut in a sqare shape add the filling apply water all over the dough roll it tightly up to half use a knife and make cuts all over roll it and join the ends and seal it
Step 4
Drop it in hot oil on low heat now fry it on low medium heat until it turns golden brown ring samosa is ready
Step 5
To make a plate of samosa chaat top the samosa with potato, onion and curd, green chutney , sweet chutney
Step 6
coriander,and finally garnish with coriander, and pomograte arils and sprinkle cumin powder
