Take a mixture grinder, pour urad dal, ridge gourd, chilly n ginger, make a thick smooth paste ( don’t add water ).
Now add salt n mix it well n keep aside for 10 mins.
Take a kadai heat oil n pour small amount of mixture n fry until golden brown.
Now ,take a bowl pour water n soak the Vadas for half an hour.
Now squeeze the excess water with light hand
Now take a serving plate n place the Vadas n pour the curd n other masalas.
Ready to eat.
Note : The whole cooking process is on low to medium flame.
