Mix rajgira flour + potato + salt + ghee → knead soft dough

Step 2

Mix peanuts, til, cumin, chili, salt, lemon

Step 3

Roll dough into thick roti. Spread filling. Roll into a log. Cut into small pieces. shallow fry in ghee
