Step 1

First, gather all the ingredients. Then, finely grind the pistachios and pumpkin seeds in a mixer grinder. Transfer them to a plate.

Step 2

Now, add the cashews, almonds, and cardamom to the same grinder and grind them finely on pulse mode. Now take this out in a plate.

Step 3

Now grind the dates finely in the same grinder.

Step 4

Now put a pan on the gas and add 1/2 teaspoon ghee in it. When the ghee gets hot, add the ground dates in it and fry for 1 minute. Now add the ground pistachio paste in it. Now cook it while stirring for 2 minutes. Now take it out and keep it in a plate to cool. (Keep the flame of the gas low)

Step 5

Now put the same pan on the gas and add 1/2 teaspoon ghee and let it heat up. Now add cashew, almond and cardamom paste in it and stir for 1 minute in which it gets moisturized.
