Soak pistachio in water. Now grind it with milk and make a paste. Heat ghee in a pan and saute pistachios paste until lightly browned.
In another pan, combine milk powder and sugar. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add cardamom powder and cooked pistachios to the milk mixture. Mix well. Cook until the mixture thickens and comes together.
Pour the mixture into a greased plate or tray. Let it set.
Cut it in pieces and serve and enjoy.its perfect treat for Diwali.
