For Dough:

Mix maida, salt, oil.

Step 3

Add water to make very stiff smooth dough.

Step 4

Knead well, coat with oil, rest minimum 2–3 hours

For Filling:

Dry roast peanuts cool, remove skin.

Step 7

Dry roast seseame seeds

Step 8

Coarsely grind peanuts n sesame seeds slightly grainy.

Step 9

Add jaggery n mix again add cardamom powder. Heat little water n sprinkle on the mixture just for binding.

Step 10

Make lemon-sized balls.

Step 11

Take small dough ball, flatten dust with rice flour for crispy texture.

Step 12

Place peanut ball, seal gently.

Step 13

Press slowly from center to edges using roller pin.

Step 14

Cook on hot tawa both sides till golden colour without oil.

Step 15

Let all poli cool. Serve with thick Ghee
