Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until golden.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add yogurt and mix until smooth.
Add paneer cubes and mix gently.
Cook until paneer is coated with the sauce.
Add garam masala powder and mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
