For –betal leaves stuffing-

Chop betal leaves and grind with water .Strain water.
Step 3
Pour this water in a cooking pan with sugar and cook till thick syrup is obtained .

Now ,add nuts powder and Cardamom powder and mix well. Keep aside to cool a little .
Step 5
Make small tikkis with betal leaves mixture and keep aside to stuff in til gud Gunjia..
Step 7
Dry roast white and black sesame seeds on low-medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Step 8
Keep aside and let the sesame seeds cool down.
Step 9
Take plastic sheet butter paper, parchment paper or foil paper, and grease it.
Step 10
Heat a pan and pour less than ¼ cup water and white grated jaggery in it to melt it.
Step 11
Cook till you get a thick syrup. Add a tablespoon of ghee.
Step 12
Add roasted sesame seeds(mixed ) and cardamom powder in the jaggery syrup and mix well.
Step 13
Transfer to the greased paper.
Step 14
Cover with a plastic wrap and press or roll it to make make a thin round papadi like layer .
Step 15
Using a cookie cutter or a steel lid cut like puri. Remove the excess.
Step 16
Place paan nuts stuffing tikkis and fold like semi-circle and press to seal it tightly so the filling does not leak. .
Step 17
Garnish with chopped pistachios, Dry rose petals and saffron strands .
