Step 1

First, cut the almonds, cashews, and pistachios into two pieces and roast them in a pan for a minute or two. Or microwave for 1 minute.

Step 2

Now, in a pan, mix the sugar and ghee and stir on high heat for 2 minutes until the sugar melts completely.

Step 3

Now add the roasted dry fruits and chopped raisins and mix well with a spoon. Cook for another minute or two.

Step 4

Now pour the hot mixture onto a greased plate or tray. Once slightly cooled, cut into desired shapes.

Step 5

Now, the prepared dry fruit chikki can be stored in a container and enjoyed for 15 to 20 days.
