Noodles Soup is one of the most loved comfort foods across Asian cuisines. It combines slurpy noodles with a flavorful broth, packed with fresh vegetables and sometimes proteins like chicken, tofu, or egg. The beauty of this dish lies in its adaptability — you can keep it light with just broth and noodles or make it hearty with added proteins.
Indian households often make a spiced version with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and a hint of chili, giving it warmth and depth. It’s soothing during winters or when feeling under the weather, and works well as both a starter and a main course.
