Grind sugar into powder with cardmom. Take dessicated coconut milk powder and grind together with sugar. Put in the bowl add milk and make soft dough.
Make into four portion keep two as it is. Add food colour into other two parts and mix dryfruits. Roll into flat part put the other on it and roll into it.
Put in fridge for 3 hours Cut into rolls. No cook dryfruit barfi ready
