Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.

Step 2

Add chopped dry fruits and sauté until light golden. Remove and set aside.

Step 3

In the same pan, add mashed sweet potatoes and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 4

Add grated jaggery and mix well until it melts completely.

Step 5

Cook the mixture until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.

Step 6

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 7

Add roasted dry fruits and mix again.

Step 8

If needed, add a little milk for a softer texture.

Step 9

Serve warm.
