Step 1

In a bowl, mash the bananas smoothly.

Step 2

Add kuttu flour, sugar/jaggery, cardamom powder, and milk. Mix well to form a thick batter.

Step 3

Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.

Step 4

Pour a small ladle of batter and spread slightly like a pancake.

Step 5

Fry until golden brown from both sides.

Step 6

Remove and serve warm.
