Step 1

Boil and mash potatoes

Step 2

Take kuttu atta in a bowl. Add potatoes and salt. Knead soft dough. Keep aside

Step 3

Cut paneer in cubes. Heat oil. Add cumin cardamom cloves black pepper cashew almond and tomato. Cook well and cool

Step 4

Blend masala in blender jar. Heat oil add masala paste. Add paneer and cook. Add red chilli powder

Step 5

Garnish with kasoori methi and cream

Step 6

Take small potions of dough. Roll and cook on hot griddle.

Step 7

Serve hot with salad and papad
