Step 1

In a mixing bowl combine all the above ingredients except ghee and mix them nicely . Make equal sized balls from the mixture , then make a cylinder and pierce a toothpick in it . Heat ghee in a pan on low heat .

Step 2

Now place the seekh kebab in the hot ghee and roast it from both the sides , until it becomes light brown . Make the other kebab also in the same way .

Step 3

A total of 5 seekh kebabs were made with this quantity of ingredients .

Step 4

In a mixing bowl combine hung curd , salt and mint leaves paste and mix them nicely .

Step 5

Take a serving platter and arrange the seekh kebab on one side and hang curd mint dip in a bowl on the other side .
