Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add the dry fruits and lightly fry them, then grind them until smooth.
Now add the mawa (sweetened milk) to the pan. Add the saffron milk and mix well with a spoon.
Now add the coconut powder, ground dry fruits, rose petals, and cardamom powder.
Now add the milkmaid (milkmaid) and mix well with a spoon until smooth. It will leave the bottom of the pan and settle.
Now transfer the mixture to a plate. Once it cools slightly, grease your hands with grease and knead well until smooth. Form small balls into the gujiya molds and form them into gujiyas. Once all the gujiyas are ready, sprinkle food coloring on them with a clean brush. Delicious colorful mawa gujiyas are ready.
Note: Milkmaid is sweet, so avoid using sugar.
