Heat a pan and add ghee.
Add crumbled mawa and cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes till it softens.
Add mango pulp and mix well. Cook until the mixture thickens.
Add sugar and keep stirring till it melts and the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Add milk powder and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Cook for 2–3 more minutes until it forms a soft dough-like texture.
Grease a plate or tray with ghee and spread the mixture evenly.
Garnish with chopped dry fruits and press lightly.
Let it cool completely, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
