Mango‑Spiced Masoor Dal Cutlet Curry

Step 1

Mash boiled masoor dal with minced meat, onion, garlic ginger paste, green chili, amchur, and spices. Shape into round cutlets.

Step 2

Shallow fry cutlets in oil until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 3

In the same pan, add more oil, sauté chopped onion, garlic ginger paste, and spices. Add water broth and dry mango powder.

Step 4

Add the fried cutlets and potato chunks to the curry. Cook on low flame till the sauce thickens and flavors blend.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
