Step 1

Dry roast the sesame seeds on low flame until they turn light golden and release aroma. Keep aside to cool.

Step 2

Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery and water, and melt it on low flame.

Step 3

Cook until jaggery syrup reaches a soft sticky consistency.

Step 4

Add roasted sesame seeds and cardamom powder. Mix well.

Step 5

Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly.

Step 6

Grease your palms and shape the mixture into round laddoo.

Step 7

Let them cool completely before storing.
