Kulfi Disks with Flavourd Colourful Sauces

Step 1

For the rose sauce- Dilute 4 tbsps rose syrup with ½ cup of water and 1 tsp of cornflour and cook stirring constantly ,to avoid any lumps, till thick like sauce ,.Cool and keep aside for topping .

Step 2

For Mango sauce— Dilute 4 tbsps mango sauce with ½ cup of water and 1 tsp of cornflour and cook stirring constantly ,to avoid any lumps, till thick like sauce ,.Cool and keep aside for topping .

Step 3

For khus sauce- Dilute 4 tbsps khus syrup with ½ cup of water and 1 tsp of cornflour and cook stirring constantly ,to avoid any lumps, till thick like sauce ,.Cool and keep aside for topping .

Step 4

All the sauces keep aside to top later.

Step 5

For kulfi Disks – Boil the milk over medium heat until reduced to half.

Step 6

Add sugar and boil for another 5minutes. Remove from heat. Add cardamom and nuts.

Step 7

Cool to room temperature. Fill the kulfi mixture into ring shaped kulfi moulds till top .

Step 8

Cover and keep in freezer of refrigerator until set (about5- 8 hours) or until completely set.Unmould all the moulds.

Step 9

Garnish the kulfi Disks with silvered almonds and nuts of choice , Top the Disks dents with three colored sauces(rosesauce,mangosauce and khus sauce prepared before and serve immediately .
