Step 1

Add a little oil to the flour and knead it into a medium-tight dough. Add a little ghee to a pan and lightly fry all the dry fruits.

Step 2

Add ghee to the same pan and fry the khoya, along with the coconut shavings. Take out the dough in a pan, let it cool slightly, and then add sugar. Now take a dough ball from the kneaded flour and roll it out.

Step 3

Now take a gujiya mold, fill it with the khoya mixture and make the gujiya. Heat oil in a pan and fry the gujiya until golden brown. The khoya gujiya is ready.
