Step 1

First of all, add little oil, salt, little water, ajwain, mangrail in all purpose flour and make dough

Step 2

Make dough in the shape of puri, not very thin, not thick, then make puri.Now cut kaju shape with the help of a bottle cap or circle cutter.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and dip fry on medium flame, when it turns golden, take it out and turn off the gas

Step 4

Kaju shape mathri is ready
