Step 1

Prepare the Rabri Filling:
In a pan, add milk and milk powder. Cook on low flame while stirring continuously.
Add sugar and chopped dry fruits. Cook until it becomes thick like rabri.

Step 2

Make the Sugar Syrup:
In another pan, add sugar and water. Cook until a light sugar syrup forms.

Step 3

Make Pocket Gujiya:
Take a samosa patti sheet and fold it to make a small pocket.
Fill the pocket with the prepared rabri mixture and seal the edges properly.

Step 4

Fry the Gujiya:
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pockets on medium flame until they turn golden and crispy.

Step 5

Dip in Sugar Syrup:
Take out the fried gujiyas and dip them in the warm sugar syrup for a few seconds. Serve.
