Instant Gajar Halwa cake

#carrot  Usually, we can make many dishes with the mawa (milk solids) left over after making ghee, and we use it to make many things… but today I made carrot halwa with it… Ready in just 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 1

Wash and peel the carrots. Now grate them.

Step 2

Heat ghee in a pan and add the grated carrots. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 3

In another pan, mix the milk and mawa and boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Our milk will become thick.

Step 4

Add the boiled thickened milk to the carrot mixture and mix well.

Step 5

Now add sugar and cardamom powder and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens completely.

Step 6

Now add all the dry fruits, set it in a plate and cut it like a cake. Our carrot halwa is ready. Whenever you want to eat it, heat the halwa, add some more dry fruits on top of the hot halwa and serve.
