Honey Chilli Potatoes

#Aloo Crispy potato fingers glazed with a honey chilli sauce.

Step 1

Drain potato fingers and transfer into a large bowl.

Step 2

Add garlic paste, red chilli paste, half of red chilli sauce, cornflour and salt with mix with a light hand.

Step 3

Heat sufficient oil in a wok. Deep fry potato fingers till crisp and golden brown.

Step 4

Drain and place on an absorbent paper. Set aside.

Step 5

To make sauce, heat one tablespoon oil in a wok and add garlic. Sauté for a minute.

Step 6

Add red chilli flakes, remaining red chilli sauce and vinegar. Stir.

Step 7

Add honey, sugar and salt. Stir and cook till well blended.

Step 8

Toss in fried potato fingers and mix well.

Step 9

Transfer into a serving dish and serve hot garnished with coriander leaves,sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
